Challenges and Discovery
My role demanded a deep dive into the nuanced world of real estate underwriting, where multimillion-dollar deals hang in the balance.
I scrutinized investor workflows, shadowing them, dissecting Excel sheets, and deciphering intricate data. Tasked with revamping our product, I navigated its complexities, discovered pitfalls, and gleaned insights. Through interviews, demos, and user journey recordings, I anchored our focus on real estate investors while exploring expansion opportunities into related sectors, all while prioritizing agile development practices.
Design and Leadership
As the creative anchor at NophinAI, I oversaw every aspect of design, from wireframing to iteration. Our design language struck a balance between cleanliness and futurism, reflecting our AI-driven product's innovation. Post customer discovery, I led a holistic redesign, optimizing the customer journey and highlighting our AI capabilities. This required not only design finesse but also a deep understanding of our development team's bandwidth. Additionally, I collaborated closely with CEOs on funding pitch decks, product management, and future roadmap discussions.
Results
Our efforts culminated in the successful relaunch of our product within 3 months. With a 110% month-over-month growth in active users, we surpassed expectations. This exponential growth facilitated our ability to secure a round of funding from leading VCs and firms, propelling us closer to our goal of achieving $100k in MRR. A bright future lies ahead for our product. By carving out a niche for ourselves and steadily gaining traction, we have demonstrated the power of effective product design and strategic execution.
